To help 8z Real Estate attract top agents, I collaborated with the VP of Marketing to design a recruitment campaign that combined digital outreach with a premium, tactile print experience. The centerpiece was a custom box containing three designed pieces: a recruitment book that shared the “8z Way” with mission, values, growth opportunities, and vision for legacy; a Partner Program booklet highlighting exclusive offerings; and a Services brochure detailing the extensive support agents receive. By blending aspirational storytelling with concrete proof points, the collateral positioned 8z as a brokerage that truly invests in its people.
