Concept Development / UI Design: Led the development of this content piece that was created to pair along with a Benefits Overview video and infographic for Tivian's customer offerings. The template survey included a series of questions that led an employee to a recommended medical plan. Graphic style, brand placement, user experience, and color where among the many considerations during development. Worked closely as a team with the Creative Director, Technical Designer, Writer and Product Team.
